All our access numbers are standard landlines, which means that they should be included in any inclusive minutes packages you have (or free if your provider gives you free calls to landlines)

How do I pay?
You pay with a credit/debit card or PayPal. When topping up online, you are saving the cost of a text message and getting the best rates available. You will see either "PayPal" "2Abroad Limited" or "Call2Abroad TopUp" on your credit card statement

What happens if I have a problem?

Can I top up my balance?
Yes. Repeat the original top-up process - that never changes. If you have - for example - €0.40 remaining credit and you top-up with another €5 you now have €5.40's worth of credit to make calls. Simple!   Back to FAQs

How can I avoid having to dial the access number each time?
You can enter the access number followed by a pause and then the full international number into your phone memory. To see how on your mobile phone, see above    Back to FAQs

How many calls can I make?
As many as you want - you can use the call2abroad mobile service any time of the day or night and can keep making calls up until your credit runs out. Remember you can top up at any time    Back to FAQs

How can I top-up?
Top-up online - we send you back a text confirming your purchase and the credit is added to your account instantly. You can top up with up to €20 in one day
Your balance is simply incremented by the relevant top up amount, for example; if you had €0.40 remaining credit and you top-up with another €5 you now have €5.40 available   Back to FAQs

How it works
You purchase credit in advance from us. You receive a text back from us confirming your purchase. You can use your account directly from your mobile, or from any other phone using a PIN number. To make calls, simply dial our access number (charged as a landline call, or included in your inclusive landline minutes if you're have a pay monthly mobile).    Back to FAQs

Save on dialing time with speed dials

Seamless calling: For convenience, you can save our access number in your contacts for seamless dialing.

You can either save the number into the phone book on your phone in the regular way, or you can edit the numbers in your phone book to include the access number and dial using pause dialing.

From a Nokia phone
