Can I call from a payphone?
Our numbers are available from any UK phone, however you may find that calls from payphones are subject to a surcharge by the payphone operator and may be at higher rates than advertised on this web site. Its usually cheaper to call from a landline or use our mobile service Back to top
The service didn't connect me. What happened?
Follow this list to diagnose the issue:
1) Dial the correct access number for your destination (noting that access numbers are usually differrent for calling landlines and mobiles)?
2) Did you enter the full international number (including international dialling code)?
3) Did you follow your international number by #?
4) If you heard a message in a foreign language, it is most likely a problem at the "other end" (eg. the mobile you are calling is out of coverage, or the foreign network is overloaded), try calling back a bit later.

Is Call2Abroad Mobile Plus really free?
Each of the mobile networks listed has an access number, which is billed by the network as an "inclusive call" for pay-monthly, thus you can call it for free with your cross-network inclusive minutes. Once conected to us, you just enter the international number you are calling and off you go - free calls abroad!
Calling our 0870/0844 access numbers should be free provided you have a pay monthly phone with cross-network inclusive minutes. Some providers exclude calls to our access numbers. If you are in any doubt, please contact your mobile operator to double-check and see our network-specific pages. Free international calls for some O2 customers. Click here if you are a Vodafone, T-Mobile or 3 customer Back to top
