How it works - how to make the cheapest international calls

call2abroad has three services, each tailored to offer the best rates and flexibility. Using call2abroad, you can make free international calls from your pay-monthly mobile, 1p/min international calls from your pay-as-you-go mobile, and 2p/min calls from your home or office phone.

These are explained below, select a service and find out how it all works and how to make the cheapest calls:

Calling from a landline, cheap calls from 2p/min

Call2Abroad landline offers international calls from your home or office phone from only 2p/min. There is no registration, no pre-payment and no accounts to open and no separate bills, just cheap calls abroad all day long!

How it works
Each destination has a call2abroad access number, which you dial to access the call2abroad service. The cost of calling our access number is billed by your service provider (eg. BT), and will appear like any other call on your monthly bill. Once your connected to our access number, your simply enter the full international number you are calling followed by # (including the 00 and international code). Calls are one cheap rate 24 hours a day.

Calling from any mobile, cheap calls from 1p/min

Our revolutionary mobile service allows you to call anywhere in the world from 1p/min. Just top-up your mobile and then make your call by dialing one of our access numbers followed by your full international number. To get the most out of the service, find out how to put a pause in your mobile phonebook so you can use one-touch dialling.

How it works
Your purchase credit in advance from us by text message (think of it as a virtual calling card). You just text the message DIAL to 80556. You instantly receive a text back from us, costing £5 and containing your credit, which you can use directly from your mobile, or from any other phone using a PIN number.To make calls, simply dial our London access number (charged as a London call, or included as a free landline call).

Where you can call
Make calls to many destinations, such as 1p/min calls to China, Spain, Canada, USA. Call Poland for 2p/min and Bangladesh for 3p/min. It's so easy to use and our rates are unbeatable!

Calling from a pay-monthly mobile, free international calls using your cross-network inclusive minutes

If you are on a mobile phone contract, using Call2Abroad you can now make free international calls from your O2 pay-monthly mobile using your cross-network inclusive mintues*. There are no accounts to open and no hassle - just dial the access number for your network, wait for the prompt and enter your international number you are calling followed by # (not forgetting the international dialing code).

How it works
Each of the mobile networks listed has an access number, which is billed by the network as an "inclusive call" for pay-monthly, thus you can call it for free with your cross-network inclusive minutes. Once conected to us, you just enter the international number you are calling and off you go - free calls abroad!
